Very low downloading speed and connection problem

My name is sachin kumar i am a bsnl broadband user .i am currently using home 750 unlimited plan whose downloading speed is up to 256 mbps .but my downloading speed is to slow it is only 25-30 mbps.i have checked our downloading speed from (www .dataone.in) website.it is showing ur downloading speed is

88 mbps.but i my speed is not even 88 mbps rather then 256 mbps.my phone no is 2670401.please solve my problem.
