Internet is not working from last 1.5 months

Hi,

This is Dipika Majumder, residing at UV-21-3D, Udayan The Condoville, 1050/1 Survey Park, Kolkata – 700075. My customer id is 0704009600173. My telephone no is (033) 2416-8712. I am a broadband user almost last 2 years. I had given a complaint that the internet is not working, but nothing has been done so far. It’s been 1.5 months since it is not working. I had place several complain during last 1 month and according to the officials there would be a redressal within 24hrs of the date of complain. Nothing has been done so far and no one has come so far. It’s disgraceful that a company as big as BSNL is not able to get it rectified. I am a senior citizen and my son is in abroad. I can not communicate with him. I took the line because of this communication reason. If this is the service then please discontinue my line because unnecessarily I paid the monthly charges but it has no use.
