Internet connection not working properly

My name is a Vijay kumra jain, My BSNL no. is 0129-2278214. My BSNL connection is 7 or 8 months older. My BSNL BROADBAND connection is not working properly last 6 months. My internet is connect but after 10 of 20 seconds they will be disconnected. I had complaint last 6 months but the BSNL authorised person had not a take a neccessory action. I had complaint to J.E. and also other authorised person but they will not help me.

Please take a neccessory action against BSNL authorised person. I will be thankful to you.
