Hi,

This is regarding the BSNL broadband connectivity whcih we go a year ago (Data one). Right from the day of its inception, its been on and off. I am a working from home mom and its interfereing with my job. And has been bothering my parents at home who find it convenient to chat with their grand children abroad. Think of the elders and their plight.

Will the authorities look into it and take immediate action?
