Link fluctuation

Sir,

As for last 3 months i am facing link failure problem... this problem comes mostly in night and afternoon time, though i have given personel complain at our local bsnl exchange office and also to customer care 1500 toll free no, still my problem not resolved... please sort out this as my son is staying out of india and mostly video conferencing i do in night and due to link problem i have to walk out to cyber cafe for such... do the necessary or i will surrender as this is my last try and if necessary will knock the telephone adalat door for help... hope in for quick response...
