Bsnl broadband connection
ERROR 797 (INTERNET NONFUNCTIONAL)

I, SADHAN BAGCHI had availed of the BSNL BROADBAND internet connection under the landine number 033-24423131 in the month of july.however, since the month of september, my internet has not been functioning, though the modem condition is perfect and all the modem lights are switched on.the link gets failed the moment it is tried to connect (ERROR 797).

I have complained to the BSNL authorities atleast 15 to 20 times in the past 2 months by calling up on the helpline 1800-424-1600 but there has been no cooperation from them.

therefore, this is the last resort that i had to take since the internet connection is very necessary for my personal work.i expect immediate action from the BSNL authorities and i'm looking forward to their kind cooperation at their earliest convenience.
