Wrong Usage

Good Day!!!

I would like to know i m from morbi city of gujarat.. i have an internet broadband connection last 3 months, but i not satisfies of that BSNL connection becoz many times phone or internet not be running and also my complaint is this month i seen our usage portal is wrong.. becoz my USAGE od this month more than 100000 KB... u can also see.. my user name is NURVILA... so pls check and let us know about this my big problem..
