Bsnl broadband connection
Oadband not working with gud speed and turns off automatically

I have been complaining about my broadband connection from last three days at bsnl office 34 chandigarh but no action has been taken by them .they always give me a complaint number but no one comes to correct the connection.my broadband is not working at its normal speed and is getting turned off automatically .please help me in this regard i cannot download anything properly at night due to this thing and my daily usage is also suffering from this fact.
