Bsnl broadband connection
Didnt get new connection followup call against the request submitted only

I submitted the online request form on 24-July for a new Broadband connection via request no 25315750907240004. The site confirmed that I will be getting a follow-up call in 48hours but I didn't get any call yet.

Please look into the matter on priority basis as I need the connection on urgent basis.
