Bsnl broadband connection
BSNL is taking money still not giving connection from last 4 months

Dear friends,

I had taken unfortunately BSNL broadband connection, when i shifted my room in same area, after that i have given complain on 16th june.

Still i am not getting conection, i have given complain so many time, still they are not listening, other than this they are behaving rudly as don't argue also telling as go and do what ever your wish.(Head officer of BSNL Mangalore, Branch Kavoor).

If we will get service then will we take BSNL connection further?

Please do some action for it, if possible,
