Bsnl broadband connection
Modem does not working

Me, Samaresh Chatterjee residing at 33/2, R.N.Chatterjee Road, Kolkata-700 035.

I have a broadband connection, no.25772693, which is not working due to Modem problem. During 4-5 days Modem gets switched off automatically whenever I am trying to switch it on. I have tried many times and complained over telephone several times, but have not got any response at your end. Therefore I am requesting you to repair or change this modem as early as posible.
