Bsnl broadband connection
Excess Billing

I am using BSNL Broadband from past 3 Months. Firstly bill was nominal as our usage is only home use. It was 1564 Rs in Feb. But suddenly from April, the misc charges in the telephone bill has become very erratic. It ranges from 1564 Rs to 4921 Rs last month. We are not able to understand the sudden change in rate.

I can't understand what can I do?

Can any other user can use my connection?
