BSNL Broad band connection
Delay in getting the broad band connection

I had applied an application for the broad band connection long time back in puthencruz exchange in my number (04842731807) but till date I did not receive the connection. When i enquired about the complaint i got the informtion that my connection got concelled with out any informtion.

Please enquire about this and make necessary steps to get a connection
