BSNL Broad Band Connection Problem

Hi,

My name is Bhargavi bojji. i reside at 156/8, S8 opp c main, vysya bank colony, hulimaavu.

we have problem with DSL Server in BSNL Broad Band. i requested to MR. Byatarayappa (service engineer in hulimavu) to check the status of server. he never responded to my mails. my service is getting down. i have this problem since a week.

i called jp nagar number, but always this number keeps on hold/engaged.

i would like to wait for another 3 more days . if nobody is going to respond then i would like to put forward issue to consumer court.
