Broadband not working since 7 days

I have paid the broadband charges yearly in advance. My broadband has not been working for the past 7 days. I have registered complaints several times. There is no one responding to the complaint. Everytime I call on 18004241600 to speak to a customer service agent, the agent puts me on hold and never returns. I need my broadband working urgently.
