BSNL BROADBAND DATA ONE
Speed is very very low

I have taken BSNL broadband connection in last month in Shipra Sun City Ghaziabad, phone no. 0120 2652795. The speed is too low that i am not able to down load files. When I made the complaint they told that there is some fault in the phone line, they will change the telephone cable, but upto now they have not taken any action. After repeated complaints, now no body is listening. From the last one month they have not given any response.

I do not know to whom i have to farward the matter.
