BSNL Broadband Home250 PLan
Connectivity problem

I have BSNL Broad band connectiopn for the past 8 months. I dont get an uninterrupted connection it gets disconnected in between a lot of times & also when there is an incoming call, ADSL signal light on my router keeps flashing. I had given a lot of verbal complaints to to BSNL Vasai (w) office since I reside in Vasai (W), Thane Dist. I contacted "1500" Broadband Complaint No. they have asked me to get the line checked as there is problem in my telephone line. But no action has been taken. Also in my bill for last month I recieved an usage charge exceeding Rs.3000/-...!!! As I am typing this email there is a connection available but it wont last long. Kindly help.
