WRONG MODEM SUPPLIED

Dear Sir,

My Telephone no is 2540 7763 and my Regn no is ASN/BB/H9/08-09/0105 Dt. : 28/06 regarding broad band connection and in the connection form i have mentioned that i have a laptop and i need a Type - II type modem which has Wifi system but surprisingly your JTO Broadband for Barrackpore Area supplied me a Type - I type modem which i didnot asked for, now I have question for you if you want to give me a Type - I type modem then why did you asked me 1800/- for procurement the Type - II type modem intead of 1200/- for the Type - I type.

Are you not cheating the customer?

I do not know what I shall do now.

Hope you shall take the necessary action against it.
