BSNL Broadband not working

Sir,

It has been more than a month now since my broadband is not working. Despite the complaints made to the deptt. nothing has been done so far. However, my complaint no is 917 dt. 02-04-09. But nothing was done towards the problem. Then I made a written complaint to GMTD, BSNL- Kanpur on dt. 06-04-09. But nobody in the deptt. seems to solve the problem & the situation is getting pathetic day by day. So, this is the final way I chose to draw your kind attention to look into the problem & get solved as soon as possible.
