I observe that there is a clear discrepancy in usage and billing. The people who answer the calls do not come up with proper answer. Instead they talk like sales personnel. I wish to add here that it should be clearly mentioned in the bill as to how much is free for every month and how much has been used and the charges thereto. If this is not done, there can be a lot of confusions and controversies, .
