Installation of new connection

I have applied for new connection (Telephone no. 0657 -2758078) as per below mentioned details at Jamshedpur,

Receipt no. 23433

Bill No. 1587783 Dated 03/09/09

Advice no. 196540

Till now connection has not been provided.

I made the calls up to Corporate office of Delhi. Try to send the mails to all the concerned but mails are coming back that mail ID is not correct.

15 days back some Mr. Thakur called at my phone and informed that connection will be provided within a week.

Sorry to inform that no action has been taken.
