BROD BAND CONNECTION NOT AVAILABLE

In my computer braodband connection with no 03324329213 is not available from 12 April todate .. I have tried to contact with then with all of my effort .they have just provide me some docket no ..but with out any fruitfull steps till now... These guys are till dumb, non productive response ..

If some one cares to forward my complain to respective department ..
