Subject: Excessive broadband bills

The bills for the month of Apr & May are as follows

April Download 24.1, Upload 18.7, Total GB 42.9, Rs 42001

May Download 7.21, Upload 5.98. Total GB 13.2, Rs 13017

I have registered complaint with BSNL and received reply as actual usage. Reasons for huge up/downloads is not clarified even after reminders. The services are discontinued however, min bill is continued. In view of court notice threat I have to pay the bills along with late fee.

I have not used connection for online entertainment, downloading audio / videos, Commercial usage, etc nor, shared Modem. Therefore, trust overall usage to be below 1 GB only.

Pl help me out and advice to avoid recurrence
