I am unable to connect to the internet from 2 a.m to 8 a.m

Hello...,
I am writing this complaint request being fed up with the service provided by my connection provider..
I had taken new bsnl connection with brodband a month ago.., it was working fine for first 15-20 days..
I had applied for 500c plan where there is a facility of unlimited download from night 2.am to 8.am..
Nowadays.., I am unable to connect to the internet at this period of time..But it works fine in the morning i.e from 10a.m to night...
Since i am an engineering student doing my prefinal year.., i need to acces the web more frequently...
I have also complained to the bsnl authorities about this... but no action is taken until now...
Please help me...
