INTERNET NOT WORKING (SERVICE PROBLEM)

Sir,

I have calling the BSNL People since last 8 days to correct my internet connection problem.

They are saying they will today and tomorrow whenever i call them.sometimes they switchoff

their mobile and dont receive even if called from landline. I have paid 9200RS for this year

to have broadband connection. How to solve this problem.
