Internet problem on wll phone

Im sathik ali from colachel, kanyakumari district, Tamil nadu. I'm using H speed internet through wll phone for past few month provided by bsnl.my wll phone no 216449. from the last month to this date my Internet connectivity is very very poor as dead.so i cant use Internet. I lodged several complaints by phone and directly to all local and district offices. No step is taken to listen or solve my problem.every body direct others and just escaping .even i don't know who is the responsible person, and what is the real problem. I pay the bill with out using. I lost lot of money and Time due this situation. I completely lost my trust on bsnl.and i believe they are cheating me
