Abusement by customer care representative

I had purchased a sim (jodi) having cellphone no. 919457100056 activated on 24 nov on which message sending error was created by the above mentioned company.

when I was making complaint regarding message sending error on 30 nov, 08 at nearby 11:15 on bsnl customer care help line no. 9400024365 with a customer care representative having name (animesh kumar binde/sinde).after some time he had to begun giving abusement relating to my mother and sister and cut the call on threatning from my side that "i am going to complain to consumer forum".he had insulted me and my family.

please look into the matter and teke necessary action regarding this bsnl cuctomer care representative.
