Delay in Landline and Broadband connection

Applied for Combo package on 26th July for new connection at 2nd Street, Modern Park, SantoshPur, Kolkata - 75.

Yet to get the connection.

I contacted the concerned Divisional Engineer (Ranikuthi Office) several times, only to hear that the region is still not feasible and there are technical problems. They yet to do a survey.

My question is, is the nation's largest telecom service provider so much helpless and TECHNICALLY HANDICAPPED, that they are not able to solve the problem even after FIVE MONTHS???

What better service can we expect post connection??
