I lodged a complaint from my mobile to 1500 on 02.12.2008 since 1st Dec evening the connectivity has not been restored. Inspite of my followup with your officials my nett has not been restored. For your inefficiency why should I have to pay rent for 4 days and like this my phone No. 23774064 was not functioned last week 16th 23rd November inspite of my severe followup no proper response from any of the official. Since nobody is lifting the elephone and like windfall if any body lifts also no redressal. I am ashamed to saythat my entire family owns BSNL& cellone connectivity. My mobile connection is 9444385500
