Paid service not deactivated

The No.55888 provides free astro. services for one week. Now it is turned paid without informed or demand. At the same time on 24365 no one is responding for the grevience of customer.so also unwanted message (sms) are received at odd hours.please arrange for grevience redressal authority on 24365.already the protest is registered on 55888 by reply message on 24365.I tried to contact and registere complaint but nobody is responding. It is clearcut unfair trade practice and harashment to consumer. I am one of such consumer. Please do the needful and reply. Also I shall be constrained to takeup the matter to appropriate authority which notes.
