My telephone (phone no 01572-230309) is not functioning for 2 months i have registered my complaint through call center and personally but still there is no responce for this problem . because of this we are unable to communicate with our friends and relatives . in emergency situation we feel helpless due to this. i have my old guardians and they are unable to communicate to me it really matter to me . if this is the facility bsnl provide to there loyal customers than sorry to say nobody will hardly take interset in there services in this compitative scenario. even i am also thinking to switch my services to other company. hope you would do needful work in this matter with immediate effect.
