I cant use my account usage

myself sudhanshu minocha customer of bsnl broadband.

i ma using a home plan 299 it may create a problem for me that i am unable to use a "check account usage " page to check whether i have crossed my limit or not. but my bsnl account is working and i cant check my internet usage

my id is "ami99kma@bsnl.in" so please solve my problem as soon as possible.ok
