Snl have announced all its customers to get the iteamized bill detail free of cost and when i approached to the local bsnl office they first told me we dont have any such service to give detail of bills after approaching to every person they told me to come on thursdy's then on tuesday's then on saturday's finally three months have passed till today and i have not received my detail... this company should be black listed
