Dear sir

my name sujeet i am customer of bsnl prepaid celluler service, i cant get gprs facility on my mobile no 919461573975 ; Ive complaint twice but the company exceutive cant give me satisfactory resolution or service, they only give me only complaint number what should i do. Do you help me this out? pls help me soon.
