BroadBand Disconnection

Hi,

Am from Chennai My BB connection gets disconnected frequently at free usage time (i.e. 2 - 8 a.m) i have made complaints they tried something but still having problems for more than a month.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT PLS.
