INADEQUATE SERVICE

Iam availing the BSNL bradband connection on my landline tele connection 2500247 at Noida since last one year but the connection is hardly functioning & have lodged numerous complaints r it. It was repaired on few occassions but again the connection goes faulty and BSNL officials are unable to solve the issue. The record of recent complaints lodged with the call centre are as under :-

1. complaint no 991400 dated 8/11/08

2. 1057378 dt 17/11/08

3. 1065455 dt 26/11/08

4. 1080372 dt 16/12/18

5. 312787 dt 22/12/08

6. 316574 dt 5/01/09

Could U take up the matter r early resolution
