for your kind information, i took the unlimited 500 bsnl plan on 21/11 for conversion of plan from home 500.i have the sealed documents of bsnl commercial officer for approving my requring 500 unlimited plan and also the customer service confirmed the activation of plan.so, why i will pay the current bill which is rs.1100.kindly check the system and inform me. it makes a serious problem to me.please take some necessary steps against the extra bill payment condition.i will have to pay the amount which is rs.500 as per the 500 unlimited plan rental.please send me a satisfactory reply.
