Deactivation of 56505, 59595, 56789 on mobile

I have also same problem

I availed 56505, 59595, 56789 SMS service on my mobile which is chargable. Now I want to deactivate this service. Service is still not deactivated even if I requetsed for by sending SMS in prescribed format...
