Misbehaviour of the customer care office

I called to customer care on 19/01 at 06:40 PM from 080-26480791. The way customer care officer was talking is rediculous. Instead of giving proper information he started shouting when i asked when my complaint will resolved.

Please take the proper action against BSNl customer care.
