High cost net packages

Hi

recently mtnl being an telecom player had launched their unlimited downloading plan to rs 599 but till date bsnl which operates at all india has not even considered to lower their plan charges from 750 onwards . i have made several attempts in bring this information to the relevant authorities by sending them e mails but i have never got ay response from bsnl.
