GIVING FAKE SIM CARD

Dear sir,

i purchased a new sim card from BSNL (card no-8991480143019268, mob no-9411196577) on 12 Jan.in Rs 200. the out going call facility for my new sim card has not been opened till now, inspite of all the supporting documents being correct, every time i complained the customer care servrice i was told that the problem will ractified within 24 hrs. i have been give 5 complain nos till now, the latest one is-B-035841375.

you are requested to pl look into the matter and get me justice.
