Excess Billing

I have two landlines (033) 24642800 and (033) 24196692. Broadband service is under plan 500c. My consolidated bill comes under number (033) 24196692. I am rather shocked to get a bill for Rs Rs 31465.00/ for bill dated :09/02. The total metered unit i.r.o 24196692 is 45, total Chargeable Units (MB) Excluding Night Unlimited is 973.85 MB. Thus the total bill should be around Rs 562/- 45=Rs 607/-. Now I have no other option but to face a disconnection, as i dont have this astronomical sum ready with me. Any Help from BSNL, calcutta telephones??? I have lodged my complaint over net for excess billing at www.calcuttatelephones.com with docket no QBBEBL61806 dated 11-02-09
