Huge billing

Hello sir,

i have been a customer of bsnl broadband for the past 6 months

recently i recieved a bill from bsnl saying that my bill for the last month (january) is Rs.29046

i didn't use my broadband to that extent..

i called the customer care and they asked me to contact account offifer..

please help...
