Excess billing of bsnl landline

I have bsnl landline, ph. no.:- 033-26712092. My average billing is around Rs.450 to Rs.600.But in the month of december and january i got bill of Rs.1687.When i saw the call details i saw that most of the calls are to a unknown vodaphone no. which i have not even heard off.

So can anyone please tell me what can i do know?
