New Connection Not Installed - N223911

Dear Sir,

I have applied for a new telephone connection on 8th October for SPS Residency Indrapuram. Till date it has not been installed. I have been constantly following it up with BSNL official through phone/ in person visit. They gave various reasons earlier like no wiring, stafffs on leave etc. But now everything is in place and then they say that your application is cancelled. I have been trying to reach them out but they are not working towards resolution.

Kindly take this up on priority.
