Customer care arrogance

When i had a problem with my net i called the customer care. i made many calls some gave guidelines to sort the problem some said they would forward the complaint. two of them claimed there is no technical team in the call centre, the person who attends if he wishes or if he know he will guide you, else they will register the complaint. they were arrogant in their speech. one of them said i am picking thousand calls a day i cannot be the same to every person.
