I've received my bill no.869623648 dt.10 2 2009 with an huge amount towards my landline phone bill. (The exact call charge is Rs. 1799 for the period of 1.12.2008 to 31.12.2008). When I approached and collected the call details from the Avadi Customer Care Centre I've provided only the Mobile, STD and 95 call details for the above period, which amonut to just 137 units for the above period. Therefore the major call charge was towards Local Calls which amount to 1712 (One thousand seven hundred and add calls). I'm dam sure none of our family members made this much local calls. Hence I submitted an application asking investigation into the matter and catch hold the person who misused my telephone. Though I addressed the above application to the Divisional Engineer and submitted to Customer Care Centre, they are not ready to give the acknowledgement, as usual. In case of any possible misuse of my phone by any evil element during the above period, I've no proof of lodging of my complaint. Hence it is my first aim i.e to have an evidence of my complaint. Now I request that stringent action may be taken against the misuser after thorough investigation and get me refunded the excess call charges.
