Dear Sir,

I had applied for a basic telephone and broadband connectivity at my home address D301, Jaipuria Sunrise Greens, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. I am greatly offended by the state of affairs at BSNL indirapuram.

My phone was connected around 30th Jan. The lineman connected the phone in the port provided by Airtel (my other number which I wanted to replace with BSNL after ascertaining its service). The internet wiring was disconnected without informing me. While the phone started working, no modem was connected. After somedays I discovered my Airtel broadband was not working. On complainting to Airtel they came for repair and only then I discovered that BSNL person has wrongfully removed the existing line and connected theirs. I made a complaint to BSNL SDO Mr. Pandey (perhaps) on 9412774544 and was told that it shall be rectified immediately. No body turned up for a week. I called again. He refused to pick up my phone. After a fortnight some body came and connected the modem but this time lineman was not there to reconnect the BSNL landline independently. When I returned home from office I found that phone and modem was still not working. I disconnected everything packed it and requested the person who had come home earlier to take back the set and instrument after returning my Application and annexures and Rs.100/- fee. No body responded. A week back suddenly some persons came for attending the faux pas but I refused to let them in since I was totally exhausted by the way the Indirapuram office attended to customer complaints. When starting is so dismal, what can one expect in future. Nevertheless its your problem and look out.

I live in a society which has 1104 flats and we wanted BSNL to replace Airtel but now we all feel that Airtel is far far better than BSNL in service front even if their tariff are higher. BSNL govt staff are not bothered or accountable. Who could justify their non inclination to capture our society market before Airtel stepped in. Infact I personally had initiated the move last year even before the residents started coming in this society. At that time BSNL said they did not have broadband service. Now they have but are compalcent with their poor service since they are protected by the state. Anyway my wish to reduce my phone bill by using services of BSNL need not be met.

Thanks anyway. Please do the needful as desired and take back your instruments after returning my documents and application fee.
