Illegal deduction

1) That I purchased a new mobile connection of Bsnl Punjab (sangrur) on 26 February with Sim no 8991538123121659742 with mobile no 9417104178 and PUK NO 57055607 worth Rs 200/- and assured talk time of Rs 200/- from Barnala (Sangrur)

2) That it got activated on the early morning of 27 February

3) That I got a message from 55666 at around eight o clock on 27 February that i have subscribed to LOVEOLOGY and if I wish to undo this service i must sms to 55666

4) That despite my repeated attempts I could not do that because the network was busy

5) That at around nine o clock i received a message from 55666030 informing me about the fact that Rs30/- have been deducted from my balance as charges for the subscription for LOVEOLOGY on 27 February

6) That I confirmed my account balance and around Rs32/-had been deducted from my balance

7) That I rushed to the Barnala Telephone Exchange and found many people with similar complaints

8) That the clerk of the office expressed helplessness and told me to contact Customer Care and showed me a list of services and said LOVEOLOGY service does not exist

9) That no body attended to my complaint at Bsnl Customer Care No 9417024365

10) That I received some indecent and immature sms during this period

11) That not even a single official was around to attend to the complaints at 03.45pm at Barnala Telephone Exchange on 27 February

12) That finally some friend advised me to send sms to 55666 with UNSUB and when i did that Rs1.50 was again deducted from my balance

13) That I am still not sure if I would receive those stupid messages and if they may not again resort to illegal deductions

Keeping all these facts i wish to get my hard earned money back and also I wish to get rid of that cheap service of LOVEOLOGY
