NO support- no help numbers

I am BSNL broadband consumer- working at RCF Kapurthala. I am fed up with BSNL broadband... and do not know what I should do to get things right. I am paying my bills but gettting only mockery from the company.

Their 1500 number is always busy... seems they do not want to talk.

Their 1957 is also same way...

Local exchange does not pick up phones... and whome else we should contact?

Sometimes I feel I should sue.
